Customise your order form to collect data per ticket rather than per order.
If you sell multiple tickets per order, you can now collect attendee data for each attendee through the new dynamic order form feature. This gives you complete control over what information you need to collect from your attendees, ensuring your event runs smoothly.
Information can be optional or required, and you have multiple inputs to choose from including, text, number, radio buttons, date inputs and check-boxes.
How to set up a Dynamic Order Form
1. Create or Edit the event you would like to add the dynamic data capture to.
2. Scroll down past your ticket options to the section "Customer Questions":
3. Click 'Add Question and on the following screen, select the option for "All Attendees" when asking your desired question:
4. Click Save. The question will be repeated for every attendee at checkout.
