New Duplicate events tool

Save time and energy with the new duplicate event tool.

We understand that if you run events that repeat weekly, monthly or even daily, adding them manually can be very labour intensive and time-consuming. To help with this, we have introduced a new duplicate event tool. This duplicates the event in full, including the event details, ticket options, rep incentives, lineups, and customer questions.

Tickets will default to go off sale at the start time of the new event. If you’d like to change this, simply edit the event after you have duplicated it. Follow the steps below to do this.

How to duplicate an event:

1. Navigate to the 'EDIT EVENT’ page

  1. Navigate to the event you’d like to duplicate
  2. Click the ‘Duplicate’ button

2. Make the changes to the event you want to duplicate

  1. Choose the date and time you’d like the event duplicated to
  2. Click ‘Confirm’
  3. The event will be duplicated in draft mode, and you will taken to the new event’s overview screen, where you can make changes as required
