Customers can now save the card details to re-use on future ticket purchases.
As part of our continuing mission to create the best, most streamlined checkout experience on the internet, we’ve added the ability for customers to save their card details. This will mean a simpler and faster checkout experience for your customers on future ticket purchases.
After exhaustive research on current best practices, we identified several improvements that could be made. Most notably, we have designed a checkout where returning customers can add and remove saved cards on a single screen. This has resulted in a more streamlined checkout experience.
Whenever customers purchase a ticket using a credit or debit card, they now have the option to save the card for next time.
When customers returns to purchase further tickets they have the option to check out using any cards that they have previously saved.
Customers get notified when saved cards expire, meaning they never have the frustration of trying to complete their purchase with an expired card.
Customers can remove any expired cards without ever leaving the checout screens.
Implementing saved cards into the checkout has been the result months of consultatiopn and hard work. We believe we have developed the most streamlined and efficient checkout version of saved cards on any website.
