To give customers a more consistent experience when using Fatsoma, we've updated the design of the emails we send.
Have you ever bought something online and thought the website was the bee's knees? Easy to use, super-fast, and above all, it looks amazing!?
Then you open the confirmation email, and it falls a bit flat. It's got the same logo, it sort of looks similar, but it doesn't quite deliver the same je ne sais quoi.
Me too. And it annoys the hell out of me. So imagine how happy this new update has made me.
Our emails were good, but they weren't great. They didn't live up to the amazing customer experience we deliver on the website and apps.
So we've rebuilt them. Every one of them (over 40 in total). And now they're every bit as amazing as our website. But don't take my word for it, you can see the new ticket email below:
We'll be keeping a close eye on the impact these new emails have over the coming weeks any making any necessary updates.
We’re committed to building the best ticketing and event marketing platform in the world. If you have any suggestions on what we can do to improve, we’d love to hear them. Please, get in touch
To help make life easier when you have to cancel an event, we now take tickets off sale when you change the event status to 'Cancelled - Event not going ahead'.
To help when you need to reschedule an event but have not confirmed a new date, we've introduced a new event status, "Rescheduled - New date TBC".
To help you decide whether to approve or deny refund requests we've added additional information to the refund request page.
